Welcome to the Canaan Utilities Corporation Board Meetings page. The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the utility office at 8990 N Canaan Main St. The meetings are open to the public and utility members and customers are always welcome to attend.
The annual meeting of the corporation is held the second Tuesday of each March at 7 pm. The business at the annual meeting includes the election of three director positions and presentation of the annual financial reports.
